Join Tina Templeman and Joanie Parsons for a beautiful getaway in historic Roslyn -- just 1.5 hours away from Seattle. Get back in touch with your own well-being with wholesome food, four yoga classes and adventures in the beautiful hills surrounding the mountain valley. The retreat is limited to just nine people.

Tina is all about the body. Her extensive yoga training and knowledge of anatomy and physiology, helps guide her students. She has experienced for herself yoga’s power to heal which make her a powerful teacher. She has an innate ability to determine the needs of an individual to modify her approach in real time – always encouraging her students to leverage every moment as an opportunity to grow.

With more than 17 years of teaching experience, she believes a person’s inquiry during their own practices and poses will help them discover the best teacher of all – themselves.


Retreat Includes:

Four yoga classes

Saturday hike with sack lunches near Salmon la Sac (20 min drive)

Facilitated group exercises/discussions

All meals prepared with healthy organic food



Twin bedroom #2 - $525 each

Twin bedroom #1 (bigger) $575 each

Queen (individual) - $675

Master (king size bed) - $625 each (x 2)

Basement bedroom with twins -$450 each (no natural light, but has a full bathroom)

Loft (individual-but have to climb a ladder) - $475
